Here are some of the lightning shots I got from 8-22-11 by Mankato, MN.

Here are a bunch of pictures from June 7, 2009 from our Facebook page. Pretty much all of these pictures were taken from southeast Nebraska near Pawnee City. The storm had a nice wall cloud on it for a while but it died out and a new storm formed further south and east which we chased into Missouri.

Here are some pictures from both last night and this morning. They are not the greatest pictures in the world and are only from just outside of my house (which is in town). The pictures really don’t do this storm justice. The winds have died down some since last night but the visibility in the country is still very poor. Also, you probably can’t tell from the pictures but there are drifts in town that are 3-4 feet tall – I can about imagine what they are like outside of town. I may try to take some more pictures but for the time being anyhow I have ALOT of shoveling ahead of me (my snowblower isn’t working right now).
